Frequently Asked Questions

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver and set up our tents. There are no additional traveling fees for rentals in New Castle County, Delaware. Rentals outside of New Castle County may result in additional travel fees.


What is included in the set up?

We deliver and setup per person: one blow up twin sized mattress, fitted sheet, sleeping pillow, throw pillow (to match theme), and slumber tent with personalized name tag, feather boa, bunting and/or fairy lights and folding table. We pack up and collect these items the following morning.


How much will it cost?

We charge $175 for three (3) slumber tents, and $45 per each additional tent up to five (5) tents. For a Slumber Party Tents package of six (6) tents, we charge $300, plus $40 per additional tent. We also have optional party favor and cake table packages available.


What themes are available?

We can accommodate almost any theme. However, certain themes may result in additional décor fees.


How much room do I need to clear?

Each set up of Slumber bed, tent and Breakfast table, takes up approximately 4 feet in width and 8 feet in length. So, for a party of five it is suggested you clear an area of approximately 5.5 meters wide by 2.5 meters long. This needs to be done prior to our arrival.
 

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, to secure your date, we ask for a 50% deposit.

How far ahead do I need to book?

We accept bookings for dates throughout the year, so if you have a specific date in mind, it's best to book well in advance.

What happens if something breaks?
Any damage or missing items will be the responsibility of the client and will be billed a replacement cost. 
The client will be notified within 24 hours of the event as to what is missing and/or damaged.


What if a child wets the bed?
We understand that accidents occasionally happen, but if this occurs we do charge a $25 mattress
replacement fee.


What method of payment so you accept?
We accept PayPal, cash or cashapp.
